25 ml of sunflower or groundnut oil
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger
2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
100g of seafood sticks, cut into strips
100g of fresh prawns without shells
2 thinly sliced spring onions
200g rice noodles (cook using the instructions on its package)
2 tbsp of light soy sauce
2 tbsp of sesame oil
1 tbsp of sesame seeds
dill, for garnish
How to make noodles with seafood
Pour your oil on a large wok, over high flame, and for 30 seconds, stir fry your ginger and ginger.
Add your seafood sticks, squid and prawns after.
Now throw in your spring onions and cooked noodles, and stir fry while adding sesame oil and soy sauce.
Once done, place noodles on a plate and garnish with sesame seeds and dill.
